This hotel in the heart of Hinterglemm offers exceptional value for money. The prices are reasonable and affordable, especially considering the prime location in the center of the city. The staff pays great attention to detail, ensuring that everything is kept in exceptional cleanliness. The rooms are well-equipped with all facilities needed for a comfortable stay. One detail that stood out to me was the presence of sockets in the rooms that could charge an ebike, perfect for those looking to explore the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.
All aspects of this hotel were ok, nothing to complain about.

Friendly family-run hotel. Relaxing mountain views. Freshly cooked breakfast. Wonderful dinners. Family and animal-friendly. Assorted breakfast and honesty bar. Joker Card for access to ski lifts. Locked room for mountain bikes. Drying room for wet kit.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, with easy access to the slopes on both sides and a playground for children right outside. the rooms are cozy and clean, and the home-cooked meals are delightful. Guests can enjoy a sauna session or relax in a room with the scent of hay from a local farm.
The staff's attitude could be improved, especially the grumpy lady who doesn't have time for small talk or pleasantries.

Can't fault the property in any way.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in the Austrian Alps and it was amazing! The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The location was also great as it was right by the ski lifts and had stunning views of the snow-covered mountains. Another advantage was the heated boot rack in the ski room which was so convenient when we came back from a long day on the slopes.
The lack of variety in the dinner menu. We stayed for a week and by the end of it, we had tried everything and wished there were more options.

The hotel is located right in the center of the snowy Hinterglemm, making it incredibly convenient for ski-in and ski-out access. The rooms are nice and clean, with modern bathrooms and all the necessary facilities. I especially loved the attention to detail, like having a socket in the room to charge an e-bike. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast spread was delicious and healthy.
All was fantastic, not a single thing to fault.

Celebrating New Year at this hotel was a fantastic experience! the location was perfect as it was situated between two ski lifts, making it easy to access the slopes. Another great aspect was the delicious food that was offered. the breakfast had a large variety of options and the dinners were hosted by wonderful owners who made us feel at home.
The lack of organization for the activities offered. We were hoping to participate in a night out to the "berghutten", but the coordination could have been better.
