I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly professional and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that all guests were well taken care of. Secondly, the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It was clear that the hotel pays attention to detail and takes pride in providing a comfortable stay. Lastly, the location was perfect. Situated in the city center, it was convenient to explore the surrounding area and enjoy all that Saalbach-Hinterglemm has to offer.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, with easy access to the slopes on both sides and a playground for children right outside. the rooms are cozy and clean, and the home-cooked meals are delightful. Guests can enjoy a sauna session or relax in a room with the scent of hay from a local farm.

The staff's attitude could be improved, especially the grumpy lady who doesn't have time for small talk or pleasantries.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! I loved the fact that it is close to everything I needed in the city. Spent Christmas at a hotel in the Austrian Alps and it was amazing! The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The location was also great as it was right by the ski lifts and had stunning views of the snow-covered mountains. Another advantage was the heated boot rack in the ski room which was so convenient when we came back from a long day on the slopes.

The lack of variety in the dinner menu. We stayed for a week and by the end of it, we had tried everything and wished there were more options.

Celebrating New Year at this hotel was a fantastic experience! the location was perfect as it was situated between two ski lifts, making it easy to access the slopes. Another great aspect was the delicious food that was offered. the breakfast had a large variety of options and the dinners were hosted by wonderful owners who made us feel at home.

The lack of organization for the activities offered. We were hoping to participate in a night out to the "berghutten", but the coordination could have been better.
